Maria Georgiou was born in Nicosia in 1978 and lives in Larnaca. She holds a BA in Graphics and Advertising Design and an MA in Fine Arts from the Frederick University, Nicosia. Since 1998 she has participated in many group exhibitions and important sculpture symposiums.
