Born in 1956 in Uíge, he lives and works in Luanda. He graduated in 1999 from the Fine Arts Institute of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. His use of bright strong colours is superb and what makes his artwork stand out is the outlining around his shapes and figures. He has participated in numerous workshops and art projects at UNAP (National Union of Plastic Artists) Gallery in Luanda.
